What is The FIX?
Created and founded by Country Artist Erica Nicole, The FIX Restaurant, Bar & Lounge is Sapphire's spot for upscale bar food enhanced with sports bar amenities. The Restaurant serves a casual breakfast, lunch and brunch while dinner brings in a finer dining experience.
Originally founded off the concept of a farm to table monthly dinner, Erica decided to expand her dream to a full service Restaurant, Bar & Lounge inclusive of catering on and off premises.
And that's The FIX, getting here what you can't get anywhere else.

The FIX Wine Dinner Experience
Our FIX Wine Dinner Experience is held every quarter and begins at 6pm with complimentary Wines and live acoustic music.
Price per person is $175.00, inclusive of the night's events and a multi-course dinner.
Reservations are made in advance.
There are no refunds if cancelled within 14 days of the event.
